Friday night’s DJ event will be moved from its traditional home of Rose Hill’s Parking Lot A, which is outdoors near O’Hare Hall, to inside the Lombardi Center Field House due to impending rain, CAB told The Fordham Ram Thursday night.
The doors to the event will open at the same time — 8:30 p.m.
“Periods of rain and a thunderstorm” are expected for Friday night, according to a report from AccuWeather. “A couple of showers and a thunderstorm” are expected Saturday afternoon, according to the weather service.
It was unclear as of Thursday night whether Saturday’s concert on Martyrs’ Lawn would remain outdoors or whether it too would have to relocate because of weather.
That decision will be made by CAB on Friday afternoon.
“Saturday’s weather looks like we will be outside, but we will be making the official call tomorrow,” Patrick McCarren, GSB ’14, CAB’s concert committee co-chair, said.
DJ Enferno will be the headlining act Friday night. McCarren and Dayne Carter, FCRH ’15, will open.
