Due to forecasts of an incoming blizzard in the northeast region, the university is ‘closely monitoring’ weather forecasts for the upcoming days, according to an email from Public Safety on Sunday afternoon.

“Fordham will make any announcements regarding class cancellations and campus closings no later than noon on Monday, Jan. 26,” the email stated.

All campuses are operating as normal as of Sunday.

The alert comes after projections that Winter Storm Juno may bring blizzard conditions and more than a foot of snow, according to the Weather Channel.

The peak impacts of the storm are expected to occur between Monday evening and Tuesday.
