Almost everyone at least once in their life thought about driving a luxury sportcar. Today, there are a large number of companies involved in luxury car rentals. Renting a luxury car is always easier, cheaper and more affordable than buying one. Indeed, for the most part, sports cars and supercars are not suitable for everyday life.
But if you have a dream to feel like a racer, to feel all the power and speed of such cars as Porsche, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini or Mercedes Benz G-Class, etc. – you just need to rent this kind of car at least once!
In addition, it is always interesting to watch or read a story about your favorite car brands and their creators. Therefore, today I would like to plunge into the biopic Lamborghini: The Man Behind the Legend. The film is based on the biographical book “Ferruccio Lamborghini. Official history” written by Tonino Lamborghini, which the author dedicated to his father.
The film tells the story of the life of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the creator of the famous Lamborghini car, and his confrontation with Enzo Ferrari. But the film tells not only about Lamborghini himself, but also about his personal life: how and to whom he treated, whom he loved – after all, these events also form a personality.
Some viewers didn’t expect much from the film and simply enjoyed watching the life story of Lamborghini. Some expected more from the film, as a result, something in the film was not enough for them. What exactly? Stronger emotions after watching? Some incredibly twisted plot? More development in the second part of the film? A not-so-thought-out ending? Yes, exactly this.
Maybe, the audience did not have enough dynamism, brightness or entertainment, as in other films about cars. But after all, everyone’s life is filled not only with impressive events, it has everything, like in the movie, calmness, dimension, and the older we get, the more reasonably and calmly we begin to live. In general, the film is worthy, without vulgarity, without unnecessary details.
There were funny moments. The film is absolutely not dragged out, there are no extra scenes. Separately, I would like to note the fact of how beautifully, efficiently and moderately brightly filmed the film.
Of course, it would be possible to smooth out the transitions between the stages of becoming a great Lamborghini, because everything turned out a little crumpled, life without overcoming difficulties. When viewing, one gets the impression that the texts of dialogues and monologues were not quite thought out.
The fact that the film is quite motivating remains important. Who doesn’t risk – he doesn’t drink champagne! This phrase can be used as a slogan for the film. You can just sit and do nothing, or do what you are used to, or you can risk everything and get something more, create something that others will be delighted with.
Lamborghini believed in himself, in his ideas, yes, perhaps they are crazy for someone … What life is without tragic and sad moments, these events are also shown in the picture.
The inserts visualizing Ferruccio’s Lamborghini obsession with Enzo Ferrari in cars of his own production seem to be annoying, but the eyes do not get tired of admiring the beautiful contours of the two supercars.
I had enough of everything in the film, there were no drawn-out scenes, it is quite dynamic, events quickly follow each other, I did not have time to get tired or bored watching this film. The film turned out to be such an unhurried story about the life of a man who dreamed and believed in himself, in his work, and in his team.
