Since joining us, Jasper Martin has been a key contributor to our rowing content, offering a wealth of knowledge from his 15-year career in the sport. Holding a Master’s in Kinesiology from Stanford University, his background includes elite coaching and sports biomechanics research. A deep understanding of physiology and rowing dynamics informs Jasper’s approach to writing. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking and mountain biking, activities that enhance his perspective on physical fitness and outdoor sports.
