Students Document COVID-19’s Effect on the Bronx

Through the research methods and the funds of the Bronx African American History Project, Quiroga’s own initiative,The Bronx COVID-19 Oral History Project, mirrors the BAAHP and was created to similarly broadcast and uplift the voices of ordinary Bronxites, many of whom are essential workers.

Noëlle Santos Opens Lit.Bar: Only Bookstore in the Bronx

Thanks to Noëlle Santos, the Bronx, which has been without a single bookstore since the end of December 2016, now has Lit. Bar.
